Make the commitment and contribute

 

Once you and your child have made the decision to sponsor, simply fill out the Sponsor Form on that page, make the commitment and send out the check. Make the check payable to UWCCD and send to:

All your contributions are tax deductible and we will send you a receipt for your income tax reporting purpose.

 

After receiving your commitment, we will immediately verify the information with you and distribute the money to the designated child.
